Chocolate Geranium Mint Tea

10 chocolate mint geranium leaves
2 cups chocolate mint leaves
honey or sugar
1 gallon water
chocolate extract for color


Boil some water and steep the leaves for 60 minutes. Add sugar or honey to sweeten, stir to dissolve. Strain leaves. Add more water to make a gallon of tea.

Fill 1 or 2 ice cube trays with tea. Add the chocolate extract to color. Place either a chocolate mint leaf or chocolate mint geranium leaf in each cube and freeze.
