Wings w/Mint and Honey
  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup honey



Place butter and lemon juice in bowl, heat in microwave 1 minute, stir in honey and stir to melt/blend. Stir in garlic and mint - pour over wings and marinate overnight.

Preheat oven to 375°


Place chicken in two 9x13 inch baking dishes.


Bake for 1 hour, or until golden brown and cooked through (juices run clear).

Brush again with honey and lemon juice, and serve.
