Herb Punch

1 gallon white wine
1/2 cup lemon balm
1/2 cup sage
1 cup mint
1/4 cup rosemary
1/2 cup rose geranium leaves
1/2 cup honey
1 bottle champagne or club soda, etc


Place wine and herbs in a crock. Allow to set at room temperature overnight.

Add berries and honey and bottle of champagne or club soda. Chill

We use lemon-lime soda instead of champagne and omit honey.
