Lemongrass and Mint Arnold Palmer
Ingredients

1 cup chopped mint
1 cup chopped lemongrass
2 cups boiling water
3 cups brewed black tea
1 frozen lemonade concentrate
juice of one lime


 

Preparation

Steep the lemongrass and mint in boiling water for several hours or overnight. Strain and mix with 3 cups cooled brewed tea. Add concentrate mix (undiluted) and lime juice. Put in gallon container and add cold water to fill. Serve over ice.
