Lemon Verbena leaves

Preparation

Put sugar in air-tight container along with lemon verbena leaves. Shaking to mix occasionally, let ingredients meld for about two weeks. You can either strain out leaves or put sugar and leaves in blender. This is great in teas, sprinkle on fresh fruit or instead of regular sugar in baking.
