Mint Iced Tea
  • 2-3 family size green tea bags
  • 1 gallon water
  • 1/4- 1/2 cup sugar or more to taste
  • 2 large lemons thinly sliced
  • nice large handful of mint



Bring a pot of fresh water to low boil, add tea bags and steep for 10 minutes.

Add sugar and and swirl in mint, holding by stems and using to dissolve sugar, drop in mint and lemons, cover and let steep for 20 minutes or more.

Refrigerate until chilled.
