Salad with Basil Green Goddess Dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped white and green scallion
1/2 cup chopped basil leaves
1/8 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp anchovy paste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1 head leaf lettuce



In blender place mayonnaise, scallions, basil, lemon juice, garlic, anchovy paste, salt and pepper and blend until smooth. Add sour cream until blended.

Tear lettuce, add tomatoes and pour dressing over.
