Bread Dipping Recipe

1 Tbsp minced basil, parsley, thyme and garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp chopped rosemary
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
½ tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp fresh lemon juice


Combine all ingredients except oil and lemon. Put into a small food processor, chop briefly until all ingredients are about the same. Stir in oil and lemon juice.

Combine about 1 ½ tsp spice blend to 3 to 4 Tbsp olive oil on a small dish. Dip bread slices in mixture. Italian, Cuban or French bread is good.
