New Potato Salad w/Fresh Dill
Ingredients

3 pounds small red potatoes
salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
4 Tbls Grey Poupon Spicy Brown Mustard
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red onion

Preparation

In a large pot of water place potatoes and salt and bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until barely tender. Drain the potatoes in a colander then place the colander with the potatoes back in the empty pot, ocer with a clean towel and let steam for 15-20 minutes. Cool potatoes and cut into pieces. In a large bowl pour dressing over themk, toss with celery and onion. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
