Spaghetti with Parsley

1 lb spaghetti
1/3 to 1/2 cup olive oil
3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
Red pepper flakes to taste
1/4 cup minced parsley
salt and fresh groud pepper to taste
parmasan cheese



Bring water to a rolling boil. Salt the water and add the spaghetti. Make the sauce while the pasta is cooking.

Add olive oil, garlic and pepper flakes to a frying pan. Warm the ingredients over low heat - the garlic should not cook.

Cook the pasta al dente and drain. Add the pasta to frying pan with the olive oil, add half the parsley and toss well. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with remaining parsley, parmesan and extra red pepper flakes.
