Sage Lemonade

1 cup fresh lemon juice

1 cup sugar

Cold water to 2 quarts

8 sage leaves



Place lemon juice, sugar and water in a pitcher and mix until all the sugar has totally dissolved.

Stir in the sage leaves and place the beverage in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours to steep.

Remove and discard the sage before serving in glasses filled with ice.

or...use concentrated lemonade, add handful of sage leaves and steep
